Refund Policy
If our verification letter is not accepted by the requesting court or agency within 30 days of purchase, you will receive a full refund. We are unable to process refunds after 30 days and therefore suggest that all panels be completed before 30 day time frame. We will attempt to make all adjustments necessary to ensure that you do not pay for a panel that cannot be approved and therefore suggest you view our accepted locations page to ensure that our panel is accepted in your county before attempting to participate in the panel.
Refunds are automatically processed and sent back to the original method of payment. It may take 3-5 business days for your refund to appear back on your payment method.
SBC Online Victim Impact Panel must get additional information concerning your county, judge, adviser, or probation officer to verify that the panel has not been approved.

Limitations to Refund Policy
We will honor all refund requests for up to 30 days after your purchase. After 30 days, we are unable to process a refund to your credit card. Please make sure to complete your class within 30 days of your purchase date or your guarantee will expire.
Chargeback and Credit Card Fraud

In the event that a user charges back a purchase from us after receiving their confirmation letter the court requiring your class will be notified and your letter of confirmation will no longer be valid.
