How does this work?

Once you have registered for the panel, you will be able to review the assigned study material. Once you have completed reviewing a victim impact video, you will have access to a 10 question quiz that you must receive a 100% score to pass. You may take this quiz as many times as needed until you have received a passing score. Once you have passed the test, you will receive an official certificate of completion via standard mail and email, if requested. You may turn this certificate into the judge, attorney, probation officer or sponsor to receive credit for the panel.

How long before I can access the panel?

You will be automatically directed to the panel once you have paid for access. If you are having technical issues and have somehow not been transferred to the panel, check your email as there is a direct link to the panel in the automated receipt that we send once your register.

How soon can I receive my certificate?

You can receive your certificate of completion via email immediately after passing the quiz. Please be advised that an additional fee of $5.00 is required for electronic copies of your certificate. You will also receive an official certificate of completion via standard mail that can take between 7-10 business days to arrive - but should arrive within 2-5 business days.

Will there be any additional costs for mailing my certificate?

No. There is only an additional fee for an emailed certificate.

How long does it take to complete the panel?

Most individuals complete the panel within 2 hours. You may pause and come back to the panel whenever you need to. We suggest you bookmark the panel page so that you may access it at any time.

I've already paid to access the panel. Now I cannot log back in.

Please note that there is a link in the receipt that you received when you registered for the panel. If this receipt is not in your email (or spam/junk mail folder), please email us immediately at [email protected].

Will my certificate be accepted?

98% of US counties accept our verification letter. You may click here to check if your county accepts our panel. We advise you to contact your attorney, probation officer or sponsor to determine if our program is acceptable for your county. We provide verification services via direct mail, phone, and fax.

What if my certificate of completion is not accepted?

In extremely rare circumstances, your county may not accept online completed panels. If you have completed our panel but was later told that it could not be accepted, click here to request a refund. Refunds are verified in your district and are processed within 24 hours. It can take up to 2-3 business days to show up on your statement.

Do I have to pass the test the first time?

No. You may take the quiz as many times as you need to pass for up to 30 days. Individuals found submitting random answers to the quiz may be contacted via phone or email to set up a proctored quiz to ensure that the panel has been watched. We suggests that you watch the entire panel and take notes before attempting to take the quiz.

How much does it cost?

The cost is $25 to access and complete online victim impact panel. There is an additional charge of $5.00 if you need an emailed copy of your certificate.
